Epicurus said it in the 4th century BC: nYou shouldn't worry so much about what you eat, but rather who you eat with. Well, in 2017, I'd rather rewrite this phrase like this: let's not worry only about the dishes we'll enjoy, because if we frame our table with elegance, their recipe is already a winner.
So let's go for napkins, cutlery, glasses, placemats, bowls, saucers, soup plates, menàges and service accessories. In other words, everything you need to achieve a perfect table and extremely bon ton on every occasion.
But, from Event sector professionals And Wedding, how can we impress our customers when they ask us to set up a lunch, dinner or buffet for a WOW effect?
To the course “Table Setting"On February 10th we talked about this very thing: rules and types of mise en place, Table Etiquette (by the way, heartfelt thanks to the teacher Anna Ubaldeschi for his precious participation!), scenography And coordinated graphic image. But you know, with the Flower & Wedding School by Silviadeifiori the students never sit around doing nothing! In fact, as soon as the class arrives at the charming Visconti Palace, we took action by dedicating ourselves to the creation of three projects well distinct which reflect the major current trend: one romantic, in line with the location that hosted us; one in natural and spontaneous style, whose focal point is the wedding table inspired by a fairy-tale rose garden; and, finally, the last one which I would define Greenery, decidedly more modern and in stark contrast to the decorations of Palazzo Visconti.
