Silvia Lora Ronco, better known as Silviadeifiori, is the founder and creative soul of the project.
A master floral designer, an established wedding designer, and a pioneer in floral and event communications, Silvia has been combining elegance, expertise, and passion in every one of her creations for over 23 years.
Author and host of television programs such as “Fiori, Colori e Decori” (four editions) and “Wedding House” (two editions), Silvia is also the author of the book “Fatto e Fiorito,” published by Rizzoli.
His communicative talent, combined with a natural empathy, has won over the years the public and the trust of professionals and enthusiasts in the sector.

Sets and scenography: for over 23 years Silvia has been designing and creating:

Flower SchoolFor over 20 years, she has been teaching floral art and is a leading professional training provider with her Flower School, the first floral art school to offer an online presence. She is also well-regarded for her mentoring programs for teams and one-on-one sessions.
Nature Coaching: defines and guides personal growth programs designed to accompany people on a journey of awareness and grounding. Through listening to the five senses and deep contact with nature, these programs help reconnect with oneself, rediscover presence and centeredness, and cultivate an authentic sense of inner identity.

Her training in Visual and Performing Arts at DAMS represented the first step on a journey that led her to explore different worlds, but always connected to visual expression.
She furthered her interest in image and design by studying Visual Merchandising at IED in Milan. From there, she collaborated with various brands, managing window displays, displays, and layouts, eventually becoming the manager of the YellowKorner photography galleries.
The beginning of his exploration of design, image, and botany began while creating shop windows in Milan, where he began integrating natural elements into his displays.
The combination of her experiences as a visual merchandiser and flower designer shapes her approach today: a creative, contemporary, and always innovation-oriented approach.

During his academic career he acquired a multidisciplinary background in the field of communication.
Today, she manages and updates the company's digital channels, carefully curating content and contributing to the development of coherent communication strategies.
Within the course writing department, she oversees all the activities related to the teaching secretariat with precision and organization, becoming the point of contact for course participants.
She stands out for her empathetic and always clear approach, collaborative and attentive to everyone's needs.
