ricetta zucchero alle violette

To prepare the violet sugar We simply need two ingredients:

• 18 g violet petals
• 120 g granulated sugar

The violets We can easily collect them in any park. Once we get home, clean them by opening the flower well to eliminate any insects and remove the stem, otherwise it would leave a bitter taste.
Place the petals in a blender together with the sugar and blend until everything is well combined.
Let it rest for two or three days in an open container, stirring occasionally, so that the sugar dries well.
Once dry, you can sweeten your herbal teas or teas and reap all their benefits!!

A special thanks to photo And recipe to Verusca Ippolito and Rosella Buzziol
